In 1988 Ruthee Meric took her experience and launched Ruth Meric Catering, thus beginning a decade of unforgettable entertaining. She has orchestrated countless events such as the grand opening of the Children's Museum, Child Advocates Galas, dinner for First Lady Barbara Bush, Martina Navratilova and Boutros Boutros Gali.

Ruth Meric catering can also provide hors d'oeuvres for a cocktail party, corporate lunches, dinner to go, wedding receptions as well as complete event planning services. For a unique and intimate style of entertaining, Ruthee offers "Evening with the Chef" at her beautiful catering facility. Guests can put on an apron and participate in the preparation of the meal or just sit back and watch the culinary magic happen.
