• 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1/2 pint Heavy Cream
• 1/2 cup White Crème de Cacao
• 1/2 cup Amaretto
• 3 tablespoon Simple Syrup
• 2 pints assorted Fresh Berries - Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries (Figs or White Peaches would be a nice substitution)

1. Place ice cream, cream, simple syrup and liqueurs in blender. Blend until thick.
2. Wash fruit. Slice strawberries and peaches. Place in glasses.
3. Pour ice cream mixture over and serve. Serves 6.

Great last minute dessert and easy to whip up.
Get out your prettiest glassware and Voila!!

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup water

1. Put sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to boil. Lower heat and cook for 5 minutes. Cool.
2. Will keep in refrigerator indefinitely.
